AKB48 Yurina Gyoten will play the lead role in the play "Tokyo Community Life - Reborn" (Gekidan Gotanda Tiger), which will be performed at Rokkoukai Hall from February 22 (Wed) to February 26 (Sun).
Gyoten, who moved to DRELLA in October 2022, performed at AKB48's Nippon Budokan 3 Days Concert in the same month, and appeared as a model at the ASIA NEO ART FEST 2022 art festival held in Singapore in November. In December, Gyoten appeared on stage in the play "Phoenix" (破天荒フェニックス) and at the end of the year she was ranked 36th on the annual list of the "100 Most Beautiful Faces in the World" by the U.S. film website TC Candler. She has been gradually expanding her activities as an idol, model, and actor.
Gyoten, who will be playing the lead role on stage for the first time, says, "Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to have the precious experience of playing the lead role in this play.
